“Tanama,” a word from the Taíno language meaning butterfly, reflects transformation and hope.

Tanama Ministries is a charitable organization that empowers underserved communities through education, food resources, and mental health support, inspired by Christ-centered values of service and compassion.

Service areas
Serving Middle Tennessee
The ministry will support underserved populations in Rutherford and Bedford counties by providing educational opportunities, access to agricultural and food resources, and mental health support.

Christian Life Church
Our partnership with Christian Life Church is a beautiful example of how faith and service can come together to make a difference. By working together, we can stretch our reach, share resources, and offer greater support in areas like education and food security. Located at 745 Cason Lane, Murfreesboro, TN (Sunday services start at 10 am).
